1. Summary

Persona Mosaic does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information. The app has no user accounts, no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs and makes no network requests of its own. It works completely offline, including in airplane mode.

2. What you enter, and where it goes

To generate a portrait, you may enter:

All of the above, together with your assembled portrait and its result, are stored only on your device in the app's local preferences (UserDefaults) so that you can close the app or return later and continue where you left off. This information never leaves your device and is never sent to us or to any third party.

You can erase it at any time from inside the app (the “Start over” action clears the saved layout), or by deleting the app from your device.

The app contains no third-party SDKs, no advertising networks and no analytics providers. We do not sell or rent data, because we do not have any.

Please note that Apple may collect information related to your App Store purchase, downloads and (if you opt in) crash reports, under Apple's own privacy policy. That processing is performed by Apple, not by us, and we receive only anonymous, aggregated sales reports.

The app is not directed at children under 13. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Generated illustrations

The character illustrations shown as portraits are AI-generated images of fictional characters. They do not depict, and are not intended to resemble, any real person. Any resemblance to an actual person is coincidental.

The app's readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not a psychological, medical, diagnostic or professional assessment.

7. Security and retention

Because your entries remain on your device and are not transmitted over any network, the security of that data depends on your device's own protections (passcode, encryption). We hold no copy and therefore cannot retain, recover or disclose it.

8. Your rights

Privacy regulations such as the GDPR (EU/UK), the CCPA/CPRA (California) and other regional laws grant rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and objection regarding personal data. Since we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, port or delete on our side; the only copy of your data is on your own device and is fully under your control.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's App Store release notes.

你可以随时在应用内清除（“重新开始”会清空已保存的盘面），或直接删除应用。

  • 不收集姓名、邮箱、电话或联系人信息；
  • 不需要账号、登录或任何标识符；
  • 不采集设备标识（IDFA / IDFV）、广告数据；
  • 不采集位置信息；

由于你的输入保留在本机、不经过任何网络传输，其安全性取决于你设备自身的保护（锁屏密码、磁盘加密）。我们不持有任何副本，因此无法留存、找回或披露这些数据。

8. 你的权利

GDPR（欧盟/英国）、CCPA/CPRA（加州）等法规赋予你访问、更正、删除、可携带与反对处理个人数据的权利。由于我们不收集也不持有你的任何个人数据，我们这边没有可供访问、更正、携带或删除的内容；你的数据唯一副本就在你自己的设备上，完全由你掌控。
