Frequently asked
- Does the app need an internet connection?
- No. Persona Mosaic works fully offline, including in airplane mode. It makes no network requests of its own.
- Is there an account, a subscription or anything to buy inside the app?
- None of those. One purchase, everything included and unlocked from the first launch.
- What do you do with my birth date and slider answers?
- They stay on your device and are never transmitted anywhere. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
- I closed the app halfway through assembling the puzzle. Did I lose it?
- No. Your layout is saved automatically as you place each fragment, so returning to the app puts you right back where you left off — including across a full restart.
- How do I start over?
- Use the “Start over” action on the Cast screen. That clears the saved layout and profile. Deleting the app also removes everything.
- How do I switch to Chinese (or back to English)?
- Settings offers a 中文 / EN toggle. The interface is English by default.
- The readings feel uncannily accurate. Is this a real assessment?
- No — and it is not meant to be. Persona Mosaic combines Western zodiac, Chinese zodiac and five-element (Nayin) traditions with a short personality-axes questionnaire, then turns the result into a portrait you assemble yourself. It is written for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not a psychological, medical, diagnostic or professional assessment, and it should not be used to make any decision that matters.
- Where do the character portraits come from?
- They are AI-generated images of fictional characters, created for this app. They do not depict any real person, and any resemblance to one is coincidental.
- Is my purchase shared with my family?
- Family Sharing availability is shown on the App Store product page. If it is enabled for your region and account, the app can be shared through your family group like any other App Store purchase.
- I found a bug, or the audio sounds wrong.
- Please email us with your device model and iOS version. Screenshots or a screen recording help a lot. All sound in the app is synthesised on the fly — there are no audio files — so audio reports are especially useful.

- 拼图拼到一半退出了，会丢吗？
- 不会。每放一枚碎片都会自动保存，回到应用会原地继续，完全退出后重开也一样。
- 怎么重新开始？
- 在「起卦」页使用「重新开始」，会清空已保存的盘面与资料。删除应用同样会清空全部数据。
- 怎么切换到中文（或切回英文）？
- 设置里有 中文 / EN 切换。界面默认英语。
- 解读感觉很准，这是专业测评吗？
- 不是，也不打算是。Persona Mosaic 把西方星座、中国生肖与纳音五行三套传统体系，和一组简短的性向问卷放在一起，再把它变成一幅由你自己拼出的画像。它面向娱乐与自我反思，不构成心理、医疗、诊断或专业评估意见，也不应作为任何重要决策的依据。
- 人物插画是哪来的？
- 是为本应用制作的 AI 生成虚构人物图像，并非真人，如有雷同纯属巧合。
- 购买能和家人共享吗？
- 是否支持「家人共享」以 App Store 商品页面显示为准。若你的地区与账号支持，就能像其他 App Store 购买一样在家庭组内共享。
- 我发现了一个 bug，或者音效听起来不对。
- 请邮件告知设备型号与 iOS 版本，附截图或录屏会很有帮助。应用内所有音效都是实时合成的（没有音频文件），所以音效类反馈尤其有价值。
